A terrific gathering this evening and so many laughs!

Thank you to the Fellowship Ministry for a terrific event!   Hot dogs cooked over an open fire are always a hit!  Combined with all the other homemade food, no one left hungry.  👍 Everyone enjoyed some very entertaining stories and recollections!  So many laughs… a great time was had by all! 🤣 Joani Woods provided…

56 years ago today, William Reed Newell, song writer and preacher passed away.  He is buried in Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery, Fruitland Park, Lake County, Florida Rev. Newell wrote the gospel hymn “At Calvary.” He attended Wooster (Ohio) College, graduating in 1891. After studies at Princeton and Oberlin Seminaries, he pastored the Bethesda Congregational Church…
