Crossroads II, Sunday, February 16, 2025, “We were Made for Such a Time as This”
This Sunday in Crossroads we are taking time to reflect on ways that we can handle our feelings of anxiety, fear, discouragement, and helplessness during this time of government upheaval. How can we respond personally, and as a church, in this moment? Where is God in all of this? Are there any points of light?
The discussion will be led by Becky Wolf. Becky was an elementary school teacher for 3 years and a school guidance counselor for 31 years. After being honored as one of 5 Golden Apple Teachers, she was given a grant to study peace education in Japan. Becky and her friend Gina Evers developed the first charter school in Marion County. There Becky helped students and staff resolve their issues in helpful ways.
