We will begin our discussion about Elaine Pagel’s book, Miracles and Wonder, this Sunday. Susan Peters will lead us as we ponder chapter 1 about the virgin birth.
In chapter 1 we will confront the age-old and controversial subject, “Who was the father of Jesus of Nazareth?” Please bring your comments, questions, and complaints to our discussion this Sunday.
Born in Chicago and raised for twelve years in postwar England, Susan Peters is a retired educator who taught English at Vanguard High School for 18 years and then was a librarian/media specialist at Belleview High School for 11 years.
