In our closing session around the book, I Never Thought of it That Way, Margaret Spontak will lead us as we discuss pathways to honesty. As the author says, sometimes “you’ve got the right facts and the wrong conclusion.” In order to have honest discussions, we need to create an open, safe environment for everyone to share what they think and we must use questions that allow participants to achieve clarity and understanding of each other’s views.
