Jane Beebe will lead the class this week, and Susan Jensen will again follow with a short spiritual reflection. The topic is microscopic life, specifically bacteria. The discussion will focus on the uniqueness of microscopic life and their importance for the environment and industry, as well as to our health and well-being. Jane will address some of the infamous bad guys that cause disease. There will be lots of pictures and surprising facts about these organisms.
