Jumping those tech hurdles takes a team!
Occasionally, we face some challenges with streaming our worship services, ranging from equipment or internet failures to pesky cable-chewing mice to unexpected lightning strikes! That’s just the nature of things.
Technical issues, like the camera glitch we encountered two weeks ago, can disrupt our streaming efforts.
We’ve invested in a backup camera to resolve the current dilemma and provide us with a “Plan B” for the future. This camera was temporarily set up at the front of the sanctuary, while we worked to fix our main camera, the cause of which is still under investigation.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mark Appling for his tremendous help last Saturday. Together, we devised the temporary fix that allowed us to broadcast last Sunday. His creativity and adaptability were essential to our success.
I also want to acknowledge Charlanne Brown, whose efforts were vital in making our Sunday broadcast happen, as it required teamwork from two people.
We are committed to keeping our FKPC family connected and inclusive for all our congregants, whether they are at home, traveling, or unable to join us in person for any reason.
While navigating these technical hurdles can be challenging, our team continues to rise to the occasion and ensure that the spirit of worship remains intact!
