Tai Chi/Qigong will resume on Zoom this Thursday, September 5 at 2:45 pm.

​The Zoom link is below and will be good through next May, so keep it where you can find it.

If you have tried Tai Chi and/or Qigong before, I encourage you to return to it. If you have never done it, give it a try. We do simple Qigong exercises that are easy to follow. They are light and therapeutic in all kinds of ways. Since we do it on Zoom, it does not have to be disruptive to your day. Just take 45 minutes to do some relaxing and rejuvenating movements.

This will be the only time that I announce this to such a broad group. If you would like to be on my regular Tai Chi email, please let me know. Those of you on the Tai Chi list will be getting this email twice!
