Yesterday, we faced a perfect storm of technology challenges.
With the internet down, Crossroads was heavily impacted, and our Zoom worship service broadcast was totally disrupted, as well.
To make matters worse, a router reset was required, adding another layer to the struggle.
It took an hour and a half of troubleshooting to get everything back on track.
What caused all this? Perhaps a power surge? We deeply apologize for the interruptions and appreciate your patience as we worked through it.
